REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY JEWELLERY WHICH ARRIVES BROKEN IN ANY WAY OR DAMAGED, ANY JEWELLERY WHICH TARNISHES AND ANY JEWELLERY WHICH BREAKS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE!
POSTAGE CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN REFUNDS! IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES PLEASE DM US ON INSTAGRAM @AYESHASJEWELLERYBOX FOR A RESPONSE WITHIN 24HRS.

'What material's are used?' - Our jewellery is made from hypo-allergenic bases such as steel and copper! Many are plated in gold but all materials are listed in the item description. ALL JEWELLERY IS NICKEL AND LEAD FREE.
'How long does shipping take?' -
UK- We ship UK orders via ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 (FREE DELIVERY OVER £50 USING THE CODE 'FREESHIPPING')
WE ONLY DISPATCH UP TO 2 WORKING DAYS (maximum 48 hours after you complete the order !) FROM WHEN YOU ORDER SO YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVED UP TO 5 DAYS FROM DISPATCH!
OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKES 10-14 DAYS *ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL PARCELS* CUSTOMS ARE NOT ALWAYS INCLUDED FOR COUNTRIES SUCH AS DENMARK, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, AUSTRAILLIA AND UAE COUNTRIES. WE PAY ALL TAXES ON OUR END BUT THERE IS NO KNOWING IF THE SECONDARY COMPANY WILL PRESS CUSTOMS CHARGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THESE EXTRA CHARGES. All customers are liable to paying import taxes IF imposed.
'What if a stone falls out?'- our jewellery is quality checked three times before sending it out for you! If there are any problems please DM us @ayeshasjewellerybox
'What if we dont like the set?'- That's fine, however unless the fault lies with us we do not cover return charges. Please email us for the return address. We provide photos of the jewellery in different lighting and settings to ensure you make an informed purchase. Please always read the item description before purchasing.
'Why are the prices so affordable?' We try to ensure that the jewellery is affordable for people of all financial statuses! In this cost of living crisis, its important to still be able to feel beautiful without breaking the bank. Our jewellery is tarnish free and durable, and our transparent refund policy allows for us to refund anyone who feels the jewellery does not meet the expectations. We do NOT price match items once they are on sale.
'Do you accept returns?'- YES. If we have sent out the wrong item or it arrives broken, you can request to return the item and once we receive it you will be refunded in full. However, if the item is no longer needed, or if the customer has not read the item description before purchasing then we will not cover the cost of return. Furthermore, if upon receiving the item back we notice that the jewellery has been worn you will not be refunded.
IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS, THE PARCEL WILL BE SENT BACK TO US VIA ROYAL MAIL AND THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER (NOT THE SHIPPING) ! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOU HAVE WRITTEN THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
